Children discover where money comes from, where it goes, and how to make it work for them. They meet three times a week for one hour, in a classroom with its own currency, bank, store and jobs. They count coins, set saving goals, compare prices, spot advertising tricks and plan their first budget, all through games, challenges and real decisions.
Along the way, kids start to see money differently: as a tool they choose how to use, not something to worry about or chase. They learn that money grows from helping others and from good choices, and they practise making those choices calmly and with confidence.
The session ends with a Kids' Market Day. Each child designs, prices and sells what they made.
Body, mind and heart, together.
Kids learn to calm their bodies, focus their minds and understand their feelings. They move through playful yoga, learn breathing techniques they can use anywhere and practise short guided meditations, with a new theme every week.
Children lead their families in a short practice and take home a personal Calm Kit.
